We provide an outstanding experienced staff to manage aspects of your program. Each staff member has a specific task and reports directly to the Director. Our staff acts as an extension of your organization and can assist with the following tasks:
Managing the registration and/or hospitality desk
Distributing badges and meeting materials
Arranging gift bags and room drops
Monitoring meeting rooms, food and beverage
Managing on-site transportation
