Conference & Meeting Logistics

MLA Events works closely with our clients to establish a logistical plan that will include type of meals and refreshments, budget (per person) as well as provide final meal guarantees, and meeting room set-ups to the facility.  In addition, we will communicate all details and requirements to the facility and other appropriate vendors. These include, but are not limited to, room capacities, Banquet Event Orders, room set-up, audio/visual requirements, ground transportation and any other special set-up requests. From these logistical instructions, we will provide a session schedule for distribution at registration or to be printed in the final conference program.
