Your budget provides the framework for your program. We work closely with you to establish the program budget and set up the appropriate procedures and checklists to handle itemizing budgets and expenses with ease both pre, on-site, and post event. This will include the establishment of a master account at the hotel(s), daily review and approval of catering, audio/visual and miscellaneous expenses, auditing of the final bill against orders for reconciliation, providing an itemized final bill and a break-even analysis, if needed.
Timeline Management
We work closely with clients to develop a realistic event timeline. The timeline will include deadlines for planning and execution for all facets of the event, including but not limited to:
• Online program development and implementation
• Design and implementation of registration processing procedures
• Logistical planning and coordination pre-event and on-site
• Program detail and descriptions for final agenda/on-site materials
